Current Trends and Emerging Issues in Asia-Pacific Human Resources Management, Review of Public Personnel Administration (ROPPA). 2011. The Review of Public Personnel Administration (ROPPA), the leading international journal in public personnel management is currently preparing a symposium on “Current Trends and Emerging Issues in Asia-Pacific Human Resources Management.” This special issue contributes original research on public governance in Asia-Pacific, focusing on topics of significant public Human Resources Management (HRM). Supporting the symposium effort and the development of scholarship is a comparative survey, which is currently being implemented in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, and the United States. Dr. Shiladitya Chakraborty was a participating member and country coordinator for the India chapter in this multi-national project on Public Administration in India.
