BD FACSCLyric™ Flow Cytometer Facility
The BD FACSCLyric™ is a next generation, high-performance flow cytometer designed for multi-parametric cell analysis, immunophenotyping, and high-throughput cellular research. Built for laboratory standardization, automated operation, and reproducibility, it offers superior fluorescence resolution to easily distinguish dim and rare cellular populations across basic biological and translational assays.
Key Technical Specifications (3-Laser, 12-Color Configuration)
Optical Configuration: 3 solid-state lasers supporting up to 12 fluorescence channels and 14 total parameters (FSC, SSC, and 12 fluorescence detectors).
Blue Laser (488 nm, 20 mW): 4 fluorescence detectors + Forward Scatter (FSC) & Side Scatter (SSC)
Red Laser (640 nm, 40 mW): 3 fluorescence detectors
Violet Laser (405 nm, 40 mW): 5 fluorescence detectors
