Study on plant regeneration through somatic embryogenesis and organogenesis; histological overview of pluripotent and totipotent stem cells; In vitro propagation, hardening and field trial of different florists, medicinal, fiber yielding, fruit and cash crops, insectivorous plants; in vitro androgenesis, mutation, polyploidization, molecular marker assisted and flow cytometric selection of somaclonal variants.
