1. Nano-particles formulation/ synthesis and their characterization using state of the art sophisticated instruments.
2. Phyto-based nano-particles
3. Evaluate the efficacy of the nano-particles as therapeutic drug candidates for disease-oriented molecular targeting and against several toxicants of biological/environmental significance using cell line model in vitro and animal model in vivo.
4. Molecular docking based in silico studies for understanding the pharmacokinetics and pharmaco-dynamics of several bioactive compounds for rational screening of the same against molecular and genomic targets of disease prevalence, prognosis and persistence.
5. Assess the biological application of synthesized receptors/ sensors/ complexes for their therapeutic potential in cell line model and/ or in mice model.
